How to prepare a clear custom fastener RFQ.

WHAT TO SEND
Give the manufacturing team a usable starting point.
All products are made to customer drawings or custom requirements. Send the information you have; our team will identify what still needs to be clarified.
Product
State the product form, such as bolt, nut, stud, threaded rod, screw, washer or machined special part.
Drawing or sample
Attach the latest drawing, or share clear dimensions and photographs of a sample when a drawing is unavailable.
Material and quantity
Include the requested alloy grade or UNS designation, required quantity and any repeat-order expectation.
Requirements
State thread, tolerances, marking, inspection, certificates, packing and required delivery date when applicable.
QUOTATION REVIEW
What HOWIN confirms with you.
Before production, the final custom requirement is reviewed around the drawing or sample, material designation, dimensions, quantity and commercial requirements. Lead time is typically about 30 days in the off-season and can extend to up to three months during peak season.
Standard export packaging is used unless the order requires an agreed alternative. Please include special packing, labeling or document needs in the RFQ.
